SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed fast and you should expect your item within 7 to 15 business days (not counting Sat and Sun.) of placing order, unless otherwise indicated in order page.

Checks orders cannot be shipped until payment clear which could be anywhere from 4 to 5 business days.

Regular delivery is first class mail 7 to 15 business days (U.S.P.S.) free of charge.

Rush delivery is available for an additional charge of $12.95.

Express mail is available for an additional $24.95, you should expect item in the next 2 to 4 business days.

Rush delivery is through U.S.P.S. priority mail, you can expect your Medical Id in 5 to 7 business days.

If you selected Rush or Express delivery, you will get a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number to ensure the proper delivery.

Canada:

We only will ship to Canada via

International Priority mail (6 to 10 business days $12.95 extra)

or

Express mail (2 TO 4 business days $24.95 extra).

You will select your shipping option after you enter the shipping address.

We do business using purchase orders from  schools, entities and health organizations.

We encourage all schools and entities to work with people in needs of medical id's of any kind, this could save their lives.

Idtagsforall wants to make sure that all customers are happy with their purchase. If you have any problem with your order, please email us at info@idtagsforall.com and we will find a reasonable solution to the problem.

Keep in mind that if there is a spelling, sizing or wording error and is not Idtagsforall's mistake, it will be the customer's responsibility and will have to order new one.

Any error needs to be notified within 15 days of receiving item.

If by any means the error was ours, your item will be replaced at no cost to you.

In the event that we have to issue a refund, it will be for the price of the item only. We cannot refund any shipping charges including priority and express mail.

When ordering bracelets, always measure your wrist and then add 1/2" to that for looseness. If the size you request is too big or too small, a charge of $9.95 will apply for correction.

• Your pearls will stay cleaner if you put them on after you've applied your makeup and perfume.

• Wipe your pearls with a soft, lint-free cloth as soon as you take them off. The cloth can be dampened with water or it can be dry. If damp, allow the pearls to air dry before putting them away.

• Dirty pearls can be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution (try Ivory flakes).

• Never clean your pearls with solutions that contain ammonia or harsh detergents.

• Don't put pearl jewelry in an ultrasonic cleaner.

• Don't use abrasive cleaners or rub pearls with abrasive cloth. Both can wear away the nacre coating, leaving you with a plain looking bead.
